Sugar Baby

This Thoroughbred mare took teenage rider, Georgie Harvey, to several convincing wins and places during 2007, in dressage, eventing and showjumping. The pair qualified with one attempt for the prestigious Junior Equitation Final at Sydney Royal. Their results at the huge Interschools competition at SIEC earlier in the year had also been outstanding. Then they went on to place 2nd and 5th in open Novice competition at HDA in June. And they won the Equitation class at the National Interschools competition in Toowoomba later that year.

Sugar became Suzannah Willis's training partner in 2008, and the new partnership was competitive in no time, notching up wins and places in both Inter-schools and open competition. In April 2009 they were Novice Champions at the Copabella Classic Dressage, and they scored ribbons in all the events they contested at Coonabarabran in May, including combined training (dressage 72%), showjumping and hacking.
